The practise of “Now”
Being absorbed in the now ( and I can't say I'm there all the time) really is allowing me to taste life in a way I had forgotten how to among all the really good reasons I have to be in a negative state of being and mind... and it's not suppressing or denying emotions... that makes it worse. In fact this practise is allowing me a state of surrender, letting go, letting in, letting be.

How to stay positive when all plans fail.
Sometimes in life, the plans we make don’t go accordingly to our expectations and we can feel disappointed, disheartened, and even hopeless or negative... feeling as if the Universe is not supporting us, or that nothing will ever work out in our life.
In such moments there’s a few things we can do to remind ourselves the importance of staying positive...
Starting with that point, why is it important to remain positive?

I was reminded that this moment is really all we got, because it’s what always is. The water that has already passed through a river is never coming back, not the same water.
