By booking an Astrology appointment and/or Coaching with Cíntia Sunseer you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and fully agreed with the following disclaimer:
Coaching and Astrology sessions are meant to be used as an auxiliary to improve your life, support and guidance to help you move in the right direction, they cannot be used as a replacement for professional mental health care, psychological, psychiatric, or medical care, or professional financial advice. If you are going through severe mental and emotional stress that is interfering with your ability to function, please seek help from a mental and/or physical healthcare professional.
Astrology and Coaching sessions are not a guarantee for results. You are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, choices that you make as a result of the Coaching or Astrology session and the creation of your own physical, mental, financial, and emotional well-being. Cíntia Sunseer will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, investments, financial choices, or losses, decisions, claims, or damages for any of the Coaching, Astrology sessions, or information on this website and social media.
Refunds, Cancelation, and Lateness
Astrology and Coaching bookings (packages or individual sessions) can be cancelled up to 24h after purchase. No refund request will be accepted after this time period expired, even if the consultation is cancelled by the decision of the client.
Bookings can be rescheduled to other available dates if the request to move dates is made 72 hours before the session is meant to take place.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before presential sessions.
In cases of excessive lateness (presential or online), the session will finish the scheduled time even if they last for a shorter time. Exceptions to these and any rescheduling are discretionary.
Confidentiality
All information (verbal or written) shared in the Astrology or Coaching sessions is confidential as per the Association for Coaching’s Code of Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law).
Your information will not be disclosed without your written consent, your name won’t be used as a reference without your consent.
Confidential information does not include information that:
(a) was in the Coach’s possession before its being furnished by the Client; (b) is generally known to the public or in the Client’s industry; (c) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (d) is independently developed by the Coach without the use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (e) that the Coach is required by law to disclose.
According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and further coach professional development and/or consultation purposes.
